Set-up and Full Clean-up included: We handle the setup, the scales, and the cleanup! You just celebrate.
Fully Insured & Professional: We are fully insured, giving parents, schools, and event organizers peace of mind while everyone enjoys a safe, educational experience.
Party Guests: The ideal number of attendees is typically 10-15. This gives all participants time to touch and interact with each reptile. Having more attendees at a party means less time with each reptile. Parties should have a maximum of 25 attendees participating. It is recommended that parties with over 20 attendees book an additional 15 minutes or 1/2 hour. If your event is on the larger size, we are flexible and can pivot our package to accommodate.
Party Favours: A small party favour for every child-party attendee and a little something extra for the birthday child.
Service Area: We service Haldimand and Surrounding Areas.
Travel fees: Travel charges do apply, review travel charges below for your area.

VISIT EXTENSION
Optional Cost:
Want more time for photo opportunities or to hang out longer with your favourite reptile, we offer the option to extend our visit past the allotted hour.

Booked in advance or available for party day fun that surpasses the hour.

Can’t decide on who to invite and want to see more, you can add additional reptiles.

Payment Information
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
This can be paid by an e-transfer to mackexoticsreptiles@gmail.com.
This holds the spot for you and prevents us from booking another event.
Final payment is collected the day of event and can be paid by cash or e-transfer.
The paid deposit is deducted from the final total.
OUTDOOR PARTIES
PLEASE NOTE:
Outdoor parties are available between mid-May and mid-October based on weather. The animals can only be presented outside if it is between 16-26 degrees. In hot weather, (over 20 degrees) you will need to have a shaded area or shade tent set-up for the presentation. If you are planning for your party to be outdoors, please have a back-up plan in place in case of extreme heat or rain. Our staff will use their discretion on weather conditions, as high winds, windchill and humidex are considered to ensure we prioritize the animal’s health and well-being.
